Things are Getting Complicated

First, the death of her son in her a hospital room she was sharing with her lawyer boyfriend, and with the newborn. Now, Larry Birkhead, the freelance photographer who had been claiming to be the father of the newborn girl is asking her to come back to California and she was served with court papers on Monday, which would mean the newborn will have to go through a DNA test to prove who her real father is. Birkhead had to file the suit, according to his lawyer, because of the refusal of Smith to have any contact with him. At the same time, the case of the multi million dollar litigation is not closed, which means she might be able to win the estate.
