Organic Food Craze not Abating

It is only possible to avoid pesticides, food dyes, preservatives, and other additives that are mostly used to add the shelf life of foods when buying organic foods where most of them are processed. But when it comes to calories there is no easy way of getting away by packing a smaller quantity, because the food makers that are coming up with various organic foods are not aiming at reducing calories for the most part, they just want to provide consumers with healthier alternatives. The organic food industry is no longer uncooked beans and vegetables flanked by fruits; it has become a $13 billion industry making up to 2.5 percent of the total U.S. industry. For all the devotion, what people get might be a little bit less sodium here and there. Otherwise, according to the industry’s spokespersons, people do not buy food if it does not taste good, and more than health and watching their diet they want more food item to add on their list. This means it is enough for them if they eliminate what they think are unhealthy additives from their food.
