The Rise in Sea Surface Temperature

Scientists are saying that the sea surface temperature is rising because of human activity, especially the burning of fossil oil. This issue is a heated argument up to now whether the green house effect is due to burning fossil or not, but the U.S. government, in 2005 had stated that there is no green house effect due to human activity, it is all due to natural causes. Scientists at University of California used computer simulation to evaluate how the earth would be faring if the Industrial Revolution did not happen and their finding showed up to two-third of the sea surface temperature is generated by human activity, and that is what is causing the intensity of the hurricanes.
